About A-Z Sleep & Airway Center
Your simple solution for better sleep.

A-Z Sleep & Airway Center is a sleep-only practice in Glen Allen, Virginia, founded by Dr. Ashlee Goodman-Tabari. The team coordinates at-home sleep testing read by a sleep physician, makes custom oral appliances for sleep apnea and snoring, and retests to confirm treatment works, for adults and children.
Your simple solution for better sleep
A-Z Sleep & Airway Center is a dedicated sleep practice in Glen Allen, VA, founded by Dr. Ashlee Goodman-Tabari. Every appointment is focused on one goal: understanding your sleep and airway and helping you breathe better at night. That way you can wake up fully rested and avoid complications caused by sleep that’s interrupted by airway issues.
Our whole approach is built to make getting diagnosed and treated as simple as possible. Instead of sending you bouncing between offices, we handle your screening, testing, and treatment under one roof. When your care calls for a sleep physician or coordination with your primary doctor, we take that on for you, so the process stays easy from your first question to your finished treatment.
“You shouldn’t have to drive so far just to get treated for sleep.”
What to expect when you visit
At-Home Sleep Testing
Your sleep study happens in your own bed, not a lab. We send you home with a small, simple wearable device, and your results come straight back to us the next day.
3D Scanning, No Messy Molds
We use a quick digital scan of your mouth to design your oral appliance. There is no goopy impression tray and no gagging, just an accurate, comfortable fit.
Care for Every Age
We see both adults and children, generally from around age six or seven and up, because sleep and airway problems do not wait until adulthood to affect health and focus.
Follow-Through, Not Just a Device
We do not hand you an appliance and send you off. We retest to confirm you’re getting enough oxygen and make adjustments until your treatment truly works.
