If you’re tired of being tired, we would love to help. Call us or start your sleep questionnaire online, and our team will get you scheduled for a consultation. Have a question first? Reach out and we will happily walk you through what to expect.
What happens when you reach out
We listen first
Tell us what is going on, whether it is snoring, waking up tired, or a CPAP that is not working for you. We answer your questions and explain how a first visit works.
We check your coverage
Sleep care is billed through your medical insurance, not dental. Have your medical insurance card handy, and we will verify your benefits before treatment.
We send your questionnaire
A short sleep questionnaire helps us prepare for your visit. If you already have a sleep appliance or a sleep physician, bring the device and their contact information.
Adults and children
We see adults and children, generally from around age six. Patients without medical insurance are welcome too, and financing through Cherry is available.

How to find our Glen Allen sleep office
You'll find us inside the Shops at Cross Ridge, just off Staples Mill Road, between the eye doctor and the veterinary clinic. There's plenty of parking right out front, so getting in and out for your appointment is easy.
