What to expect at your consultation
Share Your Story
Before you arrive, we send a short sleep questionnaire so we understand your concerns. At your visit we go over your symptoms, your sleep history, and what, if anything else, you've tried.
Get Examined and Scanned
We take a digital scan of your mouth and a 3D image so we can look closely at your bite and airway. Dr. Goodman-Tabari then does a head and neck exam and reviews everything with you on screen.
Plan Your Next Step
We explain the process, review your options, and, when you are ready, arrange your at-home sleep study. That study is always the first step toward a diagnosis and treatment.
Patient forms and screening
To make your first visit smooth, we ask you to complete all forms before you arrive. We will send them to you ahead of time. You can also take our online screening quiz to get a sense of your risk before you ever come in.
